This appeal challenging appellants sentence, imposed after he pled guilty to a one-count information charging him with possession with intent to distribute marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), presents the first opportunity, at least in this circuit, to consider the new rules governing presentence investigations, Fed. R. Crim. P. 32(a)(1)(A) and (c)(3)(A) and (D). Because the district court did not apply these new rules correctly, we vacate the sentence and remand to the district court for new sentencing.
